Warm Balsamic Mushroom Salad

Ingredients:

Whole mushrooms

Avocado oil

Garlic

Aged balsamic

Agave syrup

Goat cheese

Fresh parsley

Directions:

Warm the oil in a sauté pan and add the cleaned, whole mushrooms.

Sautee for 5 minutes and then add the vinegar and agave.

Cook until tender, about ten minutes.

Add the garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add parsley, serve and enjoy!
