Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Green and red bell peppers

Cooked chicken breast (cubed)

Red onion

Celery

Capers

Mayonaise

Mustard

Smoked paprika

Salt & pepper

Pickle and cherry tomato for garnish

Directions:

Chop all veggies and toss into a bowl with the cubed chicken.

Add mayo and mustard to taste and season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

Slice each bell pepper into four big pieces.

Spread one side with the filling and top with the other side.

Enjoy!
