- Large mushrooms, stems and ribs removed
- Cream cheese
- Artichoke hearts
- Shredded cheddar
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Almond flour
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place mushrooms in a single layer in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl combine the remaining filling ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap until nicely mounded.
- Sprinkle top with almond flour
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
