3-Cheese Artichoke and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Large mushrooms, stems and ribs removed
  • Cream cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Parmesan
  • Spinach
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Almond flour

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place mushrooms in a single layer in the baking dish.
  • In a large bowl combine the remaining filling ingredients and stir well to combine.
  • Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap until nicely mounded.
  • Sprinkle top with almond flour
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
