Cajun Kale Chips

2014 01 12 Baked kale chips

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Sea salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Rinse kale and blot dry. Make sure it is completely dry or else it wont crisp-up while baking
  • Tear up into desired size
  • In a large bow combine all the ingredients and toss to thoroughly coat.
  • Bake until crispy around the edges, about 10-15 minute
