Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

Almond flour

Baking soda

Old bay seasoning

Tapioca flour

Sea salt

Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Coconut oil

Almond milk

Parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Combine flours, baking soda and salt

Mix in the coconut oil and almond milk. Coconut oil works best if it has been hardened and chopped into the mix.

Add the cheddar and bake for 20 minutes.

Melt coconut oil, parsley, old bay seasoning and salt and brush on top of muffins 5 minutes before they are ready.
