Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Any herbs and spices you wish! I used fresh garlic and dill in one (for corn) and I used Cajun spice in the other (for my steak)

Directions

  • Take out butter and warm to room temperature so that it will be easy to combine (at least an hour)
  • Mix the butter and desired herbs and spices together
  • Place on saran wrap or parchment paper and roll tight.
  • Close the ends up.
  • Place in fridge for at least 2 hours

Slice and enjoy J
